Workshops and Consulting

 

When clients have a particular problem to solve, we are asked to conduct an interactive meeting that focuses on crafting specialized results. These sessions last anywhere from a half day to several days depending on the issue and the number, kind, and location of participants. 

 

Sometimes, we are asked to consult rather than workshop. This is when clients need a fresh perspective from someone with category and business problem-solving experience.
